Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions (Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly)

We strive to provide excellent service and ensure your satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below:

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at least 5 business days before your next billing cycle (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly, depending on your plan). Cancellations requested after this period may be processed in the following billing cycle. To cancel, please email [insert contact email] or call [insert phone number].
  • Refunds for Monthly Billing: If you cancel mid-cycle on a monthly plan ($25/month), no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of that month. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing month.
  • Refunds for Bi-Monthly Billing: For the bi-monthly plan ($35/bi-monthly), cancellations mid-cycle will not receive partial refunds. Your service will continue until the end of the current 2-month period.
  • Refunds for Quarterly Billing: For the quarterly plan ($45/quarter), cancellations mid-cycle are not eligible for partial refunds. Your service will remain active until the end of the current 3-month period.
  • Annual Prepaid Plans ($275, $200, $175): If you paid annually in advance and cancel before the year is complete, we will refund a prorated amount based on the unused months, minus a $25 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation approval.
  • Service Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will schedule a re-clean at no additional cost. Refunds for individual services are not available; however, we are committed to making it right.
